I was the Product Owner for our VOIP Services Automation team, responsible for creating scalable ordering processes & applications, and integrating them with existing legacy systems for ordering and operational processes.
I was responsible for ensuring that our entire product line for our Broadsoft platform was able to meet our clients needs for custom orders, from quoting an order on Salesforce to sending the request to our warehouse, billing, and PBX platform. This meant ensuring that our product roadmap and vision was in-line with business directives. Working in the B2B space, we were always evolving our processes to provision devices at a greater scale, listen to feedback from customer care teams, and provide custom solutions and support for legacy systems.
I became the SME on our automated provisioning services under the Broadsoft platform for our company. Utilizing our low code platform Outsystems, we designed the solutions needed to inventory, provision, and support custom requirements for each order. This process was used to deliver the company’s POTS Transformation services.
Along with our automated back-end services, we created numerous internal applications to support our Network operation, customer care, and enterprise account teams to help offer self-service functions to manage and monitor devices across multiple locations.
