Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees

So I read this entire graphic novel on my bus ride home in like an hour. I couldn’t put it down. The paneling, art, and story was so unique. The characters and story were a nice change of pace from everything that we see nowadays. There are no superheros, and it tells the tale of a small town where nothing happens. I am still wondering why animals were a choice, but I got strung right into the story and engrossed in the characters.

I loved it. It’s short, sweet, and simple.

If you like a little mystery, or a break from the superhero genre. Grab this one. Especially if you liked Dexter the TV show.
