The following presentation is our final project for our database design and modeling class. We were tasked with creating a fictional data warehouse and business intelligence system for IBM based upon IT ticket data.
The following presentation was based off of sample IT ticket data, that we used to create some of table schemas. After understanding the data warehouse, we created our visualizations for our “IT department”. Since our company would have different roles, we needed to create separate views based on their role within the company.
