A Brief (trying to make it brief) Summary About My Career
I have held roles in quality assurance, general IT support, front and back-end development, SharePoint development, data analytics, product management for hardware and software products, and as a technical business analyst. I’ve been able to leverage all these tools and experience to help create more efficient business processes and create products that my end users actually want to use.
Sometimes that means it’s pretty, other times it doesn’t have to be as long as it works and brings value to whoever I am making it for.
While at MetTel, as the Director of Product Management, I helped create and lead the POTS Digital transformation process within the company. I designed, along with my team, the software automation ordering processes for our PIAB product line, and launch other applications within the company all to support our clients. We were able to iterate, develop, and launch our automation processes within 6 months transforming a 45 minute ordering process into an instant ordering solution. This automated service, built upon the low code platform Outsystems, expanded into dozens of internal applications within our company i.e. automated billing reconciliation services, custom ordering configurations, and automated process updates for our network engineering team serving roughly ~2,000 new lines per month, and hundreds of customer requests.
As my skills evolved over time, so did my role in software development. Building off of previous experiences as developer and product manager I stepped into a role to help lead cross-functional teams and create software development standards within scrum teams. My time in this role as a Product Delivery Lead over at Fundrise required you to be agile and get the next feature out to the investor as soon as we could. I helped lead our team to a number of successful feature launches that reached ~300k users over the course of 2022, while continually improving our software development lifecycle (SDLC) across all teams.
My most recent position (as of May 2025) as a Senior Technology Analyst takes me to working for the Law Department and implementing and improving our internal business processes leveraging the latest software to do so.
